After you contact Expect Results Wellness for Women, we will promptly schedule an appointment that works for you and your lifestyle. We will provide you with an intake form and your therapist may want to speak with you beforehand to find out more information about your goals and what you are seeking to acheive from our services. Some forms are available here in PDF format for you to fill out ahead of time at your convenience.

“I first met Dr Hnath when my obstetrician referred me for low back pain. She carefully listened to all of my symptoms and told me that my pelvis was out of alignment. I began working with Dr. Hnath two times a week, learning different exercises, stretches and techniques to not only help relieve my pain, but to help strenghthen other muscles around my pelvis.
