Here are just a few testimonials from women who have experienced our services first hand:
"At the age of 25 I was diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction. Soon after I began to see Dr. Hnath. My symptoms were pressure and tightening in my pelvic region and internal pain and tightness. Sarah did weekly internal and external massage for a few months to relieve my tightness. Sarah also showed me several at home exercises that I did at least twice a day to stretch the muscles.
It took some time but thanks to Sarah I am doing much better. My pelvic muscles are much more relaxed. She was always very reassuring and helped me stay positive that I would get better. Sarah, thank you for providing me with such great care! I couldn't have gotten better without you!"
- Kristina, 25
"Following the birth of my first son, I was struggling with an oversupply of milk and as a result had clogged milk ducts. I was referred to Dr. Hnath and was pleasantly surprised when my condition improved significantly after just one treatment! I continued with weekly treatments and after one month Dr. Hnath and I agreed that I no longer needed to continue therapy. She significantly helped improve my breastfeeding experience and I was happily able to provide nourishment to my newborn son pain-free during the 6 months I breastfed.
When my second son was born, I again experienced clogged milk ducts one week postpartum. I called Dr. Hnath and we began my treatment that very day. By treating the issue immediately we were able to prevent potential, more serious issues such as mastitis.
As an avid runner, I also discussed postpartum exercise with Dr. Hnath. Dr. Hnath has an impressive and extensive knowledge of women's health and is a true advocate for women's well-being."

“I first met Dr Hnath when my obstetrician referred me for low back pain. She carefully listened to all of my symptoms and told me that my pelvis was out of alignment. I began working with Dr. Hnath two times a week, learning different exercises, stretches and techniques to not only help relieve my pain, but to help strenghthen other muscles around my pelvis. Being pregnant, I was nervous about my condition, and how exercise would impact my pregnancy. However, Dr. Hnath reassured me each week, and explained everything she was having me do and how and why it would help. I learned so much from working with her, and am able to resume my daily routines and exercises pain free. I look forward to coninuing to work with her throughout the rest of my pregnancy and after the birth of my son."
