Expect Results Wellness for Women provides consultations, education and support to prepare women and their partner for labor & delivery, develop a birthing plan, and learn the best movements, positions and relaxation techniques to aid in the labor & delivery process. We also provide perinatal services to be present during labor & delivery in order to provide a continuum of care, aide in the prevention of common injuries that can occur during labor & delivery, support you and your partner during the birthing process,
and to help improve your labor &

Expect Results Wellness for Women provides physical therapy, personal training, and consultations for women (and men) with pelvic floor dysfunction. Whether you leak a little pee when you jump, sneeze, or run, or you have pain with intercourse we have a treatment plan for you.

We treat orthopedic injuries and conditions, teach exercise to build stronger bones to prevent/manage osteopenia & osteoporosis, treat conditions that are more common in women such as TMJ/TMD and fibromyalgia, have extensive knowledge of breast cancer related issues, and a thorough understanding of the hormonal changes that effect a women's body from menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum to menopause.

Dr. Sarah R. Hnath PT
Dr. Hnath has a strong background with over a decade combined experience in the fields of Physical Therapy, Personal Training, and Wellness Services. She has a clinical doctorate degree in physical therapy from New York Medical College, has certifications in specialty areas such as prenatal and postpartum fitness training, functional dry needling, endurance running training expertise, and has advanced coursework in physical therapy for pelvic floor dysfunction, labor & delivery support, women’s health, functional dry needling, functional fitness, golf performance/injury, and more.
